About the Role

Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants for urgent agency cover across Greensleeves Care homes. This role offers flexible day and night shifts across multiple care home locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.

  • Administer medication and update care records (Senior roles).

  • Support regular home staff during busy shift periods.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a UK care home setting.

  • Valid DBS check (or willing to obtain one).

  • Must have existing Right to Work in the UK (Strictly NO visa sponsorship available).

  • Reliable, adaptable, and ready for agency work.
