Senior Care Assistant (days and nights)
Enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Senior care assistant required for an elderly residential care home in Ashton Under Lyne.
Hurst Hall is a privately run 50 bed residential care home for the elderly including those living with dementia.
Our residents are our priority, our home has a family culture for both staff and residents, so a flexible can\-do attitude and above all a kind and caring nature are essential qualities.
With a focus on promoting from within many of our long – term staff have progressed to manager level. Loyalty, dedication, and ambition are qualities we look for in our staff teams.

Experience in the care home sector is essential. Satisfactory references and DBS will also be required to work with our vulnerable client group.

A full time permanent contract is offered to the right candidate. deal candidate will be compassionate and understanding when dealing with frail vulnerable residents, some of whom may be living with dementia. Ideally NVQ qualified.
Shifts will be on a rota basis and will include weekends. Set days will not be given.
