Kairo RH is recruiting on behalf of one of its partners, a fast\-growing engineering and technical consulting company, looking for a Senior Business Manager.
Our client supports leading industrial companies on high\-value engineering projects and is currently expanding its operations across Spain and Europe.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your business scope with a clear objective: develop your client portfolio, build your own team of consultants and directly contribute to the company's growth.

Your Responsibilities
You will manage your activity across three key areas:
Business Development
- Prospect and develop new industrial accounts
- Identify your clients' technical and business needs
- Build and grow your own client portfolio
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Develop long\-term relationships with existing clients
- Identify and recruit engineering consultants for client projects
- Build and develop your own team of consultants
- Support consultants throughout their assignments
- Ensure a high level of client and consultant satisfaction
- Manage your revenue and margins
- Drive the profitability of your business scope
- Define and execute your business development strategy
- Monitor and analyse your key performance indicators

Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Manager, Business Developer or in a similar role, ideally within engineering consulting or technical services
- You have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy building and developing a business from the ground up

- Driving licence and own vehicle required
