<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition in the German IoT/M2M market. You will identify and win new customers – focusing on medium to large opportunities – and build a sustainable sales pipeline.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":100}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">After successful onboarding and initial revenue realisation, you will hand over customers to our Account Management and Customer Success teams for long-term development.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":100}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Pre-Sales team, using a campaign-driven approach to systematically develop target markets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":100}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":100}">Key responsibilities include but not limited to:</span></strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Systematically identify and engage potential new customers in the IoT/M2M space</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":200,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Build, maintain, and manage a high-performing sales pipeline</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":200,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Consultative selling: understand customer challenges and develop tailored solutions from our portfolio</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Create and deliver professional proposals and presentations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and webinars</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Market mapping: analyse target markets, identify OEMs, system integrators, solution providers, and end customers</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":200,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Achieve agreed quarterly targets (pipeline, meetings, new customer acquisition)</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Structured handover of acquired customers to Account Management / Customer Success</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":200,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Cross-departmental communication to ensure customer requirements are met</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Ideal Experience</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IoT, M2M, telecommunications, or related technology sectors</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Proven track record in new business acquisition and solution-based selling</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":200,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Confident handling of complex sales cycles with multiple decision-making levels</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Native-level German and good English skills</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Willingness to travel within Germany</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">A bonus if: </span></strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Experience with consultative selling in technical environments</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Existing network in relevant IoT verticals (energy, transport, manufacturing, security)</span></li>
