The Role

This is a new business focused role within a high\-performing commercial sales team.

You'll be responsible for:

• generating your own pipeline


• identifying and winning new clients


• leading consultative sales conversations


• understanding workforce and technology challenges


• positioning tailored learning and capability solutions

✔ Proven success within B2B sales, business development or consultative solution sales

✔ Strong self\-generation / new logo capability

✔ Commercially driven, resilient and ambitious mindset

✔ Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision\-makers

✔ Experience within technology training, apprenticeships, SaaS, recruitment, HR tech, workforce transformation or consultative technology sales would all be relevant

✔ Naturally curious and able to understand customer business challenges
