We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Berlin or Munich, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this high\-impact role, you will expand EPAM’s presence in the CGP\&R sector by identifying opportunities and driving client engagement for custom IT development and digital transformation programs.
You will work at the intersection of business strategy and advanced technology, positioning EPAM as a trusted partner for scalable, future\-ready solutions in commerce, supply chain and consumer experience.
Responsibilities
- Leverage an established network in Germany’s CGP\&R sector to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive consultative sales of complex IT development and digital solutions to achieve revenue targets
- Engage with client leadership to understand business priorities and co\-create digital and commercial roadmaps
- Develop compelling value propositions, lead proposal preparation and manage all stages of the deal cycle
- Collaborate with internal consulting, engineering, delivery and partner teams to design integrated client solutions
- Foster co\-selling opportunities with ecosystem partners to broaden market coverage
- Share market insights and best practices to support regional and global growth objectives
- 8\+ years of experience in business development or sales of digital technology services, including custom IT development projects
- Proven network within Germany’s CGP\&R sector
- Demonstrated success in shaping and closing complex IT and digital transformation deals
- Deep knowledge of CGP\&R digitalization trends, including direct\-to\-consumer commerce, omnichannel retail, supply chain visibility and consumer data platforms
- Ability to craft impactful value propositions and present effectively to senior leadership and C\-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills with a results\-driven mindset
- Fluency in German and English
