Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth Strategy:
Identify, develop, and execute commercial opportunities that support revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and long\-term business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, stakeholders, and business partners while identifying opportunities for account expansion.
Market Development:
Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify emerging business opportunities and commercial risks.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide guidance to junior business development professionals and collaborate closely with operations, client success, and leadership teams to ensure commercial alignment.
Commercial Performance:
Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts while delivering structured reporting to senior management.
Stakeholder Communication:
Lead presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions with prospective clients and partners, confidently communicating business value propositions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6\+ years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, account growth, or strategic sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Commercial Expertise:
Demonstrated success in building partnerships, generating revenue opportunities, and managing high\-value business relationships.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision\-makers and confidently present commercial recommendations.
Tools and Systems:
Experience working with CRM platforms, business reporting systems, and sales performance tools in a professional environment.
Language Skills:
English (Professional Fluency) is required for business communication, stakeholder meetings, and reporting.

You are commercially driven, relationship\-focused, and strategic in execution. You understand when to move quickly on opportunities and when to take a long\-term partnership approach.
Pay: £5,500\.00\-£7,000\.00 per month
