Senior Business Development Manager - Bilingual

DeepIN HAIR® is a premium brand of 100% Remy human hair extensions with own manufacturing facilities in Asia and offices in the UK and US.
We are looking for two senior sales managers. You will win new business and grow the accounts we already have. You will also help shape how we sell.
The role
Day to day, you will:
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships
- Find and win new business
- Deliver product presentations and training
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Track sales performance against targets
- Work with marketing on promotions
- Share customer feedback with our product and operations teams
Both roles require native\-level fluency in Cantonese and fluent English. You will use both languages to work with office overseas and build strong relationships with clients to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years in a similar role, ideally in hair, beauty or a related industry
- Proven skill in prospecting, closing and account management
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A customer\-first mindset
- Self\-motivation, strong organisation and a sharp eye for detail
- Confidence working with marketing, operations and customer service to deliver results

Pay: £50,000\.00\-£78,958\.84 per year
