Role Purpose

The Senior Business Change Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of strategic change: designing, leading and delivering change interventions for large projects, or across a complex portfolio of smaller projects. Acting as the bridge between programme delivery and business operations, the postholder drives engagement, readiness and capability building to enable sustainable change.

The postholder will work with senior leaders, programme teams and delivery partners to maintain a clear view of the change portfolio, identify interdependencies, manage competing priorities and ensure leaders have the insight needed to make timely, evidence\-based decisions.
