ABOUT THE JOB

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
We want you to be a part of our team, from Luxembourg, as a Business Analyst.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY?
- Analyze existing ASApp functionalities and business processes.
- Identify gaps, optimization opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Define “as\-is” and “to\-be” processes, workflows, and business rules.
- Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Contribute to continuous solution evolution and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and implemented solutions with IT teams.
- Support reporting, data governance, and analytics improvements.
- Plan and execute testing (functional, UAT) and manage defects.
- Produce documentation, train users, and support adoption and change management.
The consultant must demonstrate knowledge in:
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.
- Proven ability to analyse and optimise complex enterprise workflows and systems.
- Solid understanding of business process modelling and functional design.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication across business, IT, and management.
- Experience in defining, coordinating, and executing testing (functional \& UAT).
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects with a structured QA approach.
- Knowledge of reporting, data warehouses, and data governance practices.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience delivering training and user support.
- Strong core competencies: analytical thinking, problem\-solving, autonomy, organisation, and teamwork in dynamic environments.
