Retail Business Analyst

• Initial 6 month contract


• Hybrid with occasional travel to offices in central Lincoln


• Day rate up to £500 per day inside IR35


• Previous experience within the retail/FMCG sector is required to be considered suitable


• Planned start date - July 2026

A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them during a busy period of transformation. This role will be responsible for;

• In depth business analysis (as is/to be) of retail processes and transformation projects


• Identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and process mapping


• Requirements gathering


• Internal/external stakeholder management


• Project documentation

To be considered suitable you MUST have the following:

• Proven BA experience covering the retail/FMCG sector and processes (and/or POS, Inventory Management, Supply Chain etc.).


• Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required


• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills


• Agile/Waterfall understanding


• Ability to map and detail processes
