We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels (onsite), as Business Analyst.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY?
- Drafting of Business requirements.
- Documentation of Business requirements.
- Reviewing domain experts’ inputs and translating them into business requirements.
- Preparing test cases based on the requirements.
- Overseeing the User Acceptance Testing.
- Prioritizing the business requirements.
- Business model and process analysis.
- Risk analysis.
- Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customers, and project manager.
- Participating in agile IT project management and business meetings.
- Supporting in the discussion related to the Once\-Only Technical System.
- Supporting in the coordination of digital credential solutions with ESSPASS.
- Overseeing the technical work on the pilot with Member States on the digitalization of their diplomas, in the context of the European Digital Identity Wallet.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Requirements:
The following specific expertise are mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market and/or verifiable credential is a plus.
- Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.
- Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports). Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams.
