Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

The Business Analyst consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions, with the consultant working on\-site at the client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while supporting the client’s Transformation Office in the Risk \& Credits tribe. Responsibilities:

• Understand, translate, and communicate business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement.


• Work closely with stakeholders to set up, design, and optimize business solutions, leveraging business strategy, operational processes, and technology/product knowledge.


• Gather and analyze requirements, contribute to studies and impact analyses, and translate business requirements into functional requirements.


• Demonstrate technical affinity with Java\-based applications, APIs, and process layer configuration; analyze API\-related needs and functional integration flows.


• Validate new requirements with stakeholders, challenge them through impact analysis, and link needs to costs in collaboration with Process Engineers, Functional Analysts, Developers, and IT Architects.


• Collect and understand stakeholder needs, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment around progress, timelines, and objectives.


• Apply profound knowledge of the Agile Way of Working, including refinement and delivery processes, QAP, sprint ceremonies, and feature slicing with Product Owners and Initiative Owners.


• Support feature refinement by identifying impacts, dependencies, and risks, collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Data Managers, and other stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk).


• Support the testing phase with business requirement clarification, lead incident closure, and assist with feature test plans, UAT, Business Acceptance Testing, and Release Validations.


• Help resolve incidents where functional aspects are key.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.


• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.


• Experience in the banking industry.


• Experience in Risk \& Credits domain (E2E knowledge of credit products).


• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology.


• Fluent in English and at least one national language, with passive understanding of the other national language.


• Excellent analysis skills and ability to structure and model.


• Strong stakeholder management skills.


• Efficient facilitator and communicator (oral and written).


• Able to convince, influence, and negotiate.


• Driven and tenacious for finding creative solutions.


• Customer\-oriented and driven to meet expectations.


• Team player.


• Technical experience with applications serving business processes and products.


• Comfortable analyzing API\-related needs and discussing application behavior with IT stakeholders.
