The Opportunity
This Senior Brand Manager position offers broad exposure across the full marketing mix, with responsibility spanning brand strategy, portfolio management, innovation, integrated marketing, and commercial performance.
Working closely with Sales, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, you'll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, developing innovation plans, influencing investment decisions, and delivering successful go-to-market execution.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering annual brand plans and growth strategies
- Managing brand performance against revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
- Identifying opportunities through consumer, shopper, and category insights
- Leading innovation programmes including NPD, renovations, and product launches
- Building business cases for new growth opportunities and investment decisions
- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Managing agency partners and evaluating campaign effectiveness
- Supporting customer activation and retail execution initiatives
- Partnering with commercial teams on pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG brand marketing
- Experience managing established consumer brands
- Proven track record of delivering brand growth and commercial results
- Strong experience in innovation, NPD, and product launches
- Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of growth drivers
- Experience working cross-functionally within a complex business environment
- Degree educated
- Previous team leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
- Experience within highly competitive consumer goods categories
- Exposure to shopper marketing, customer marketing, or category-led environments
