What you'll be doing

- Lead the strategic direction and growth of Meridian, developing long\-term brand plans and annual strategies that deliver sustainable commercial success.
- Spot and unlock growth opportunities, using consumer, shopper and market insight to guide decisions.
- Lead innovation end\-to\-end, from initial idea through to launch and in\-market delivery.
- Coach and develop marketing talent while building strong partnerships across the business and with external agencies.
- Manage brand investment and performance, working cross\-functionally to maximise commercial return.
