Senior Bartender

We are currently seeking an experienced Full\-Time Senior Bartender to join our team in the Harbourmaster Bar, Restaurant and event venue in the IFSC!

If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Bar Manager in the supervision, training and development of bar personnel


• Train and motivate all members of the bar team


• To ensure that all bar areas meet the highest standard of cleanliness as set out by the Harbourmaster


• Assist the Bar Manager with the day to day operational requirements for both bars


• To ensure all members of the bar team are adhering to the Harbourmaster's cash handing procedures and report any non compliance’s


• Recommending dishes and drinks with full knowledge of product and daily specials


• Communicating with customers to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction


• Relay all issues to the Bar Manager


• Adhering to checklists provided, keeping the bars clean and orderly at all times


• Up selling products to enhance sales and customers experience


• Following training plans set out by managers


• Building rapport with the customers, getting to know locals and chatting in a friendly professional manner to guests
