<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Senior Associate – People Advisory</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a Senior Associate, you will be a driver of engagement delivery with increasingly strong strategic insight. You will structure workstreams, manage teams, and deliver client-ready outputs while holding mid/senior-level client relationships. Engagements may include topics such as culture and leadership, organizational effectiveness, org design/operating model, talent/skills, and change.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead defined workstreams or smaller engagements end-to-end, translating ambiguous client needs into structured approaches, actionable recommendations, and high-quality delivery</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and test client-relevant insights through research, benchmarking, stakeholder input, and quantitative/qualitative analysis</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own major portions of client-ready output, including research, benchmarking, deck development, and proposal materials, ensuring deliverables are clear, cohesive, executive-ready, and require minimal iteration</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the day-to-day liaison with client teams, navigating stakeholder needs with empathy and professionalism and escalating risks/concerns appropriately</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Confidently present conclusions and recommendations in client meetings and workshops, handling questions and challenges effectively</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Plan the work for the team (workplans, milestones) while translating and incorporating senior leadership direction and requirements</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead and develop junior team members through delegation, coaching, and quality assurance; contribute to feedback and development planning</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support business development and practice growth, including proposal development, IP contributions, pipeline support, and cross-team coordination</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>4–5 years’ relevant work experience</strong>, ideally within a consulting environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Demonstrated interest in (and ideally experience with) people consulting</strong> work (e.g., culture, org design, leadership alignment, talent/skills, change)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to deliver high-quality strategic output</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong facilitation and client-handling skills; comfortable with mid/senior stakeholders</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated people leadership: delegation, coaching, and quality assurance</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent judgment under pressure; able to prioritize and drive progress amid ambiguity</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong commercial judgement and ability to recognize client needs and broader business context</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">High discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive client topics</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Salary Range </span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">$130,000-150,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed). </span></p>
