Job description:

London OCD Therapy Centre is looking for an experienced CBT/ERP therapist to join our specialist OCD service on a contract basis.

Our clients often present with complex and long\-standing difficulties, including OCD alongside trauma histories, chronic anxiety, shame, perfectionism, attachment difficulties, and recurring relational patterns. We are therefore looking for a therapist who feels confident working beyond symptom reduction alone, while still maintaining a structured, evidence\-based approach.

The role would suit a clinician with strong experience in OCD and anxiety disorders, particularly in using CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) within more nuanced and emotionally complex presentations.

We are looking for someone who can offer one consistent day per week in Central London, with the option to also provide online sessions where appropriate.

Role details:

• Contract\-based associate role


• One consistent day per week in Central London

• Therapist fee: £70 per clinical hour


• Flexible, gradual caseload depending on enquiries and availability

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in working with OCD and anxiety disorders


• Confident using CBT and ERP


• A BACP or BABCP member


• Professionally insured


• Able to offer in\-person sessions in Central London one day per week


• Warm, reliable, clinically thoughtful, and comfortable working within a specialist service
