Description
The Senior Associate will be:
- Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity deals
- Supporting clients on joint ventures, restructures, and strategic business matters
- Playing a key role in managing transactions from inception to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
The successful candidate will be a Senior Associate with:
- 5+ PQE in corporate law
- Experienced in M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions
- Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge
- Confident in client-facing roles and managing complex matters
- A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
