<p><strong><u>ABOUT OUR CONSTRUCTION QUANTUM TEAM</u></strong></p>
<p>Whether it’s to prevent or prepare for potential project complications before they begin, manage and mitigate risk on an ongoing project, or resolve disputes rooted in issues from the past, Secretariat experts understand the complexities that can result in delays and the impact of unanticipated costs. Our forensic accountants, engineers, project managers, architects, schedulers, and industry specialists are experts in the valuation of construction works of all types and have experience handling projects in every corner of the world. </p>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting world-renowned Quantum experts in dispute resolution, litigation support and expert witness testimony</li>
<li>Performing advanced data research, management and analysis of data for input into the drafting of export reports</li>
<li>Coordinate with and work alongside other team members</li>
<li>Work to tight deadlines</li>
<li>Assisting in analysis or preparation of claims</li>
<li>Conduct quality control checks to ensure reports are compliance with internal procedures</li>
<li>Establish effective working relationships with a strong client focus</li>
</ul>
<p>REQUIREMENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>Degree level education in Engineering, Construction or Quantity Surveying related field </li>
<li>RICS or MRICS qualified</li>
<li>Ideally 5 plus years of construction related industry experience</li>
<li>Experience in writing or contributing to Quantum Expert reports</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction cost management</li>
<li>Broad experience across a range of construction/engineering projects</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and comfortable with large sets of data</li>
<li>Able to adapt to a dynamic consultancy environment.</li>
<li>Able to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problems</li>
<li>Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure</li>
<li>Overall good written communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working both independently and in a team</li>
<li>Willing to travel internationally</li>
<li>Proficiency in another language in addition to English would be an advantage</li>
