Senior Architectural Technologist

Your New CompanyA well-established and reputable architectural practice based in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. With a strong and varied pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, this is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role within a supportive, stable and growing practice.
Your New RoleAs a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key part in overseeing and delivering projects from early concept through to completion. Working closely with directors and project leads, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the production of detailed technical drawings, construction packages and specifications


• Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions


• Coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities


• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members


• Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations, standards and best practice


• Overseeing project delivery across all relevant RIBA stages


• Reviewing and checking technical information produced by the wider team


• Supporting contract administration and site inspections where required

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Significant experience working within an architectural practice (typically 5+ years)


• Strong technical background with proven ability to deliver detailed design packages


• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience highly advantageous


• Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies


• Strong coordination, communication and leadership skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently


• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to project delivery
