Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 (DOE)
An established and growing architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join its Wolverhampton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technical professional to take a leading role in the delivery of projects across a range of sectors, working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information using Revit
- Preparing Building Regulations submissions and supporting planning applications where required
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
- Developing technical design solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards
- Attending project meetings, site visits, and design team reviews
- Assisting with project management, quality assurance, and technical coordination
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with programme requirements
- Significant experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and building technology
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience producing detailed construction packages
- Experience coordinating projects through planning, technical design, and construction stages
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CIAT accreditation is desirable but not essential
