Salary: £38-45,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural practice in Shrewsbury. The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors, producing high-quality construction information and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit
- Prepare Building Regulations applications and support planning submissions where required
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards
- Attend project meetings, site visits, and design team workshops
- Assist with project management, quality assurance procedures, and technical problem-solving throughout all project stages
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate
• Significant UK experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and building technology
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with experience producing detailed technical and construction information
- Excellent understanding of project delivery from planning through to completion
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- CIAT accreditation is desirable but not essential
