</div></div>POSITION OVERVIEW: 
The Senior Application Developer will design, develop, enhance, and support full-stack business applications and management dashboards that meet organizational needs and improve operational efficiency. This role will work across all phases of the application lifecycle and software development. The position requires strong technical expertise in front-end, back-end, database, integration and dashboarding, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. The Senior Application Developer will help ensure that applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with departmental and enterprise technology standards. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Contribute to assigned project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across program management, project management, software development lifecycle, and application lifecycle efforts.  </li>
<li>Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.  </li>
<li>Contribute to solution design, configuration, development, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and post-implementation support for enterprise technology initiatives.  </li>
<li>Contribute to application development, system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements in accordance with organizational standards and approved technology practices.  </li>
<li>Assist with enterprise data management, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, data quality, data governance, and related analytical activities.  </li>
<li>Monitor project status and proactively communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to relevant stakeholders. </li>
<li>Analyze business processes, operational needs, and system performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and data accessibility.  </li>
<li>Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, technical documentation, requirements materials, test plans, user guides, and related deliverables.  </li>
<li>Provide analytical, technical, and operational support to ensure systems and data solutions meet business requirements, user needs, and organizational standards.  </li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned </li>

QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. </li>
<li>At least 8 years of progressive experience supporting enterprise software systems, data platforms, reporting solutions, and application development initiatives.  </li>
