<p>The Business Insights, Data &amp; Intelligence (BIDI) team sits at the heart of this work—turning data into strategic insight that drives storytelling, campaign performance, and business outcomes.</p>
<p>Due to our expanding client roster and scopes, Burson is seeking to hire a group of Senior Analysts to join our best-in-class Business Insights, Data &amp; Intelligence (BIDI) team, supporting some of the world’s most recognizable global brands such as The Coca-Cola Company, Verizon and Google. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with experience in communications, analytics, and social intelligence who is excited to deepen their expertise at the intersection of social media, consumer behavior/social listening, and data-driven storytelling.</p>
<p>As part of a highly collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in uncovering cultural insights, monitoring online conversations, and helping brands make informed decisions through social and digital intelligence. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and clients to deliver actionable insights tied to brand reputation, campaign performance, thought leadership, sustainability, and corporate communications initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to continue building a career in analytics at one of the world’s leading global communications agencies while working across high-profile client accounts.</p>
<p><em>This role can be based in Atlanta, the New York metro area, or Los Angeles, with a preference for Atlanta-based candidates.</em></p>
<p><em>Relocation assistance will be available for candidates open to relocating to Atlanta.</em></p>
<h3><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Support social listening, media monitoring, and reporting initiatives across a portfolio of global brands.</li>
<li>Track cultural moments, emerging conversations, competitor activity, and consumer sentiment across social and digital platforms.</li>
<li>Utilize industry-leading tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, and NewsWhip to uncover actionable insights tied to brand reputation, campaign performance, sustainability, and corporate communications initiatives.</li>
<li>Translate complex social and digital data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for internal teams and clients.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to measure brand health and campaign impact.</li>
<li>Monitor online conversations and media trends surrounding brand, industry, and corporate topics in real time.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, and communications in a fast-paced agency environment.</li>
<li>Gain exposure to both agency operations and client-facing work while developing analytical and storytelling skills.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Experience that contributes to success:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, data analytics, business, or a related field.</li>
<li>2–4 years of experience in PR, marketing, social media, analytics, communications, digital strategy, or social intelligence. Agency experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong curiosity about social media trends, consumer behavior, internet culture, and data-driven insights.</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with pivot tables, Boolean search logic, dashboards, or data visualization tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Comfortable learning new technologies and navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and work across teams.</li>
<li>Exposure to social listening or analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, or Meltwater is a plus.</li>
<li>Additional language fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a bonus.</li>
