This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth organisation where you can take ownership of building an AI-driven platform that powers next-generation design systems and agentic workflows.

THE ROLE: You will take ownership of building and evolving AI-powered platform capabilities, working across product, platform, and AI layers. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building agentic workflows that interact with codebases, documentation, and design systems


• Developing orchestration layers and AI systems that transform structured and unstructured data into scalable capabilities


• Building reliable, production-ready AI features using modern LLM frameworks and retrieval systems


• Creating APIs and integrations that connect AI capabilities with external tools


• Collaborating closely with product and design to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions end-to-end

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: You will bring strong capability in:

• Building production-grade AI systems, including agent workflows and orchestration layers


• Working with LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain or similar), retrieval systems, and AI platforms


• Full-stack engineering across frontend, backend, and platform layers


• Strong React experience with modern patterns (hooks, component architecture)


• A product-focused mindset with a passion for user experience and high-quality delivery

THE BENEFITS: You will receive a salary of up to £130,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
