Join a fast-growing international SaaS business at the forefront of AI innovation. We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and scale Agentic AI, Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that power intelligent, customer-facing products used globally.
Working closely with Product, Platform and Engineering teams, you'll develop production-grade AI systems, autonomous agents and LLM-powered applications, helping shape the future of AI across the organisation.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions.
- Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and executing complex workflows.
- Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration and advanced retrieval strategies.
- Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.
- Work with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services using Microsoft Azure.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.
- Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.
- Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability and production deployment.
- Build cutting-edge AI products for a global SaaS customer base.
- Shape the future direction of Agentic AI within an ambitious technology organisation.
- Work alongside talented engineers using the latest AI technologies.
