The One Clinic is a Leicester based CQC registered One stop Clinic Led by GMC registered Doctors to address patient concerns regarding their Health and wellbeing offering Health screening services, Private GP services alongside specialising in non\-invasive medical aesthetic treatments. We are rebranding from a well\-established Aesthetic Clinic due to service expansion and taking over a new site to offer more services. Key Responsibilities:

• To provide clients with treatments to the highest standard.


• Have the therapist experience along with management skills so we can give you flexibility to carry out treatments if needed.


• Advising clients on suitable treatments, answering all beauty\-related questions.


• Ensuring that all tools and instruments are sterilized after every use.


• To recommend appropriate skin care products and daily skin care regimens to clients.


• To ensure effective communication with management and other staffs within the clinic and work as a team.


• Ensuring that used inventory is replaced.


• Proven experience working in the beauty industry.


• Passionate about aesthetic treatments and enthusiasm to develop skills with training provided in the clinic, such as Morpheus 8, IPL and medical peels.


• Able to make recommendations of treatments being offered at the clinic to clients. Training will be provided to have understanding of other services provided at the clinic.


• We are looking for somebody who has a passion to develop further with relevant support and mentorship by both in house team and external brand representatives such as Inmode, hydrafacial and AlumierMD.

• Ability to organise and prioritise


• Comfortable with process and detail


• Basic IT efficiency in Word, Excel and Beauty Clinic software


• Ability to build, maintain and be part of high\-performance teams


• Strong written, oral and presentation skills


• Can solve problems quickly and collaboratively


• Honest, reliable, and professional at all times

• Good working knowledge of Beauty \& Aesthetic Industry


• Relevant qualification in beauty therapy equivalent to NVQ3 of higher


• Experience of working within a medical or highly regulated environment


• Previous experience/accreditation in professional laser and skin treatments preferred. Such as Hydrafacial, Morpheus 8 and Chemical peels
