About the Role
You’ll be the go-to person helping senior leaders stay organised, focused and on top of their priorities. Alongside daily administration duties, you’ll also help keep the office running smoothly and support across the wider business when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a key contact for internal and external communication
- Organising meetings, preparing documents and taking notes where needed
- Managing busy diaries
- Helping run the office day-to-day, making sure everything is organised and well stocked
- Supporting with admin tasks like expenses, filing and general business support
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong administration experience
- Confident communicator who can build good working relationships
