Senior Accountant - Courbevoie, Paris

CBRE Investment Accounting \& Reporting Solutions (IA\&R) is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its growing team in Paris .

This role is suitable for an Accounting professional with 2–4 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a global firm.

You will play a key role in supporting real estate investment structures, working closely with international clients, asset managers, and finance teams in a fast\-paced and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

Manage accounting for real estate entities across multiple clients

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Review and reconcile balance sheet and P\&L accounts

Produce financial statements and reporting packs

Prepare VAT returns and French tax declarations

Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting

Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders

Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc project

What we’re looking for

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit (Big 4 or similar preferred)

Knowledge of French GAAP and tax regulations

Exposure to IFRS is a plus

Strong Excel skills

Detail\-oriented, organised, and proactive mindset

Comfortable working in an international environment

Fluent in French and good working proficiency in English
