ROLE: Senior Account Manager
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
LOCATION: Regional \- Scotland
Mitie are recruiting for an established and driven Senior Account Manager to manage key regional customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering tailored water treatment and hygiene solutions that ensure compliance, safety, and sustainability for our clients.
This is a field based with regular travel to group locations to act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction across your portfolio.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop customer relationships to ensure safe, efficient and compliant management of their water requirements,
- Identify and develop sales opportunities with existing customers and prospects,
- Conduct regular client/contract review meetings and contract audits, ensuring all records are completed accurately and in a timely manner,
- Actively participate in sales team meetings, accurately reporting on sales activity and sales pipeline,
- Manage contract renewals in a timely manner, ensuring that contracts are compliant and profitable,
- Proven success in managing complex client portfolios and achieving sales targets,
- Suitable Water Treatment and Water Hygiene technical knowledge,
- Technical and Sales knowledge,
- Client management / building relationships experience,
- Full UK License,
- Exposure to a wide range of projects and commercial activities,
