Senior Account Manager

Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers. Right now, that means growing the enterprise clients already on our books, and we need someone who spots the next opportunity before the client asks for it.

This is what you'll do

You won't get a fixed portfolio. Instead, you get the run of our enterprise client base and the freedom to decide where the biggest opportunities are. Your focus is commercial: renewals, upsells to higher packages, and expanding contracts with clients who are already sold on Dyflexis but haven't seen the full picture yet. You're the person we put in front of clients, so you show up prepared, organized, and on top of the account.

• Renew and expand contracts with existing (enterprise) clients, moving them onto higher packages.


• Spot and pursue upsell opportunities across the full client base.


• Keep churn down and client satisfaction up, stepping in before a problem becomes a lost deal.


• Own the deal from spotting the opportunity to getting the signature. You don't walk away before you've sold something.

This is what you'll need

• 5\+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.


• A commercial mindset first. If you come from new business or hunting and want to move into account management, that's a good fit too.


• Proven experience growing or renewing contracts with enterprise\-level clients.


• Comfortable working without a fixed portfolio. You switch between accounts and priorities easily.


• Driven, proactive, and able to work independently. You take ownership and see things through.


• Experience in B2B SaaS or another tech\-driven environment (a bonus if you already know HR, Finance/Payroll, or Workforce Management).


• Fluent in Dutch and good in English any other language is a plus.


• Willing to travel to see clients face to face when it moves a deal forward.
