Salary: £40,000 Basic + £5,000 OTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading provider of property data, analytics and market intelligence solutions.
Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across financial services, property, insurance, technology, utilities and investment sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, growth and long-term success.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded senior account management professional who thrives on building strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping customers maximise value from market-leading data and intelligence solutions while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop strategic relationships across a portfolio of key accounts.
- Engage with senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
- Create and execute account plans to support customer growth and retention.
- Own renewal, retention and upsell targets across your customer portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to increase account value through additional products and services.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Use customer data and insights to inform account strategy and commercial decisions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records.
- Collaborate with product, operations and commercial teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future product and service improvements.
- Proven experience in B2B Account Management or Customer Success.
- Strong track record of account retention, renewal management and revenue growth.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships at a senior level.
- Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- Experience within data, SaaS, property technology, financial services or insurance sectors would be advantageous.
