Senior Account Manager Leeds – 2 days a week £40–50k DOE

We’re working with a very well\-established digital agency in Leeds that’s looking for a commercially\-minded Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of national clients across performance marketing and digital strategy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s already confident managing client relationships, joining strategic conversations and helping clients understand how their digital activity is performing — not just in clicks and dashboards, but in proper business terms.
You’ll be a trusted day\-to\-day partner for your clients, helping them make sense of performance, shape clear digital plans and get the best from the specialist teams around you. You’ll work closely with experts across paid media, search, data and digital activation, while also supporting more junior members of the client services team.
A great move for someone who enjoys the mix of client management, commercial thinking and enough hands\-on digital knowledge to ask the right questions.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Managing strong client relationships across a portfolio of retained accounts
✔ Supporting strategic planning, growth conversations and performance reviews
✔ Translating marketing performance into clear, useful updates for clients
✔ Working closely with specialist teams across paid, organic and wider digital channels
✔ Supporting forecasting, commercial planning and account profitability
✔ Helping to mentor and support junior client services team members
✔ Getting involved in pitches, proposals and wider agency growth activity
✔ Spotting opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand services
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Experience \& Skills
- Strong agency\-side account management experience
- A background in performance marketing and digital media
- Confidence managing client stakeholders and keeping relationships on track
- Commercial awareness, including scoping, forecasting and profitability
- Experience contributing to strategic client conversations
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
- Commercially curious — you can connect marketing performance to business goals
- Clear and collaborative — clients and internal teams know where they stand
- Proactive and solutions\-focused — you spot opportunities, not just problems
- Strategic, but still close enough to the work to understand what’s really going on
