Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions


• Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet organisational targets


• Analyse market trends and client data to identify new business opportunities


• Utilise Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services


• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment


• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and sales forecasts for senior management


• Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets


• Strong analysis skills to interpret data and develop strategic plans


• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms


• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring teams


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders


• Organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines


• A proactive approach with problem\-solving capabilities and attention to detail

Pay: £50,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
