The Role

This is a senior, strategic commercial hire within a high\-growth AI business already gaining strong traction across the UK public sector. You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, selling a genuinely differentiated SaaS platform into local authorities and wider public sector organisations. You’ll operate within complex, stakeholder\-heavy environments and play a key role in shaping the company’s go\-to\-market strategy as they scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full\-cycle enterprise SaaS sales across UK public sector accounts

  • Build and manage strategic pipeline activity, supported by SDR resource

  • Engage senior stakeholders across local authorities, procurement, operations, and leadership teams

  • Navigate complex, multi\-stakeholder sales environments and long procurement cycles

  • Refine ICP, commercial messaging, and go\-to\-market strategy

  • Feed customer insight directly into product and company direction

  • Maintain strong forecasting, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting
About You
  • Extensive experience in complex B2B SaaS sales environments

  • Proven success selling into UK public sector organisations or local authorities

  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement, frameworks, and stakeholder management

  • Track record of exceeding quota within complex enterprise sales cycles

  • Experience operating within startup or scale\-up environments

  • Commercially sharp, highly organised, and consultative in approach

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and autonomy

  • Genuinely mission\-driven and values\-aligned
