As a part of our Agentforce and Data 360 Specialist selling team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting customer engagement and delivering ground\-breaking results! We are looking for individuals with deep AI and Data knowledge and strong experience in selling complex technology solutions, understanding cloud\-based services, and designing B2B solutions. Collaborating with potential clients, you will dive deep into understanding their needs and challenges ultimately showcasing how Agentforce and Data 360 is the solve for their most critical business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Employ your wealth of sales knowledge, with new technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.

  • Collaborate and work closely Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities to drive Agentforce and Data 360 growth at current and new customers

  • Use your extensive knowledge of Salesforce particularly Agentforce and Data 360 to articulate to our customers how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions to transform their customer engagement while fitting within their existing architecture

  • Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce and Data 360’s capabilities can deliver impact at scale

  • Source and qualify Agentforce and Data360 opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.

  • Demonstrate your adeptness at leading comprehensive discovery conversations, unearthing prospective customers’ critical business needs and resolving if and how Agentforce/Data 360 can be a solution.

  • Conduct in\-depth discovery sessions to assess client’s sophisticated business needs, demonstrating what Agentforce and/orData 360 delivers as a detailed and scalable solution

  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that underscore the tangible value of Agentforce and/or Data 360 across both technical and business partners

  • Collaborate across cross\-functional teams to show up as “One Salesforce” and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process

  • Highlight how our solutions align seamlessly with clients' long\-term strategic objectives

  • Apply your outstanding ability to combine deep discovery with your own point of view to present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers

  • This is a specialist, co\-prime role, supporting a customers primary account sales team \- so the ability to work as a support to the primary Account Executive to drive a wholistic customer driven solution is key.
What you should have:
  • Experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales

  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, understanding of the agent platform, how to configure and set up agents, hook them into existing flows, automation, API connection, etc.

  • You will have a deep, thorough understanding of the data landscape \- including leading CDPs and Datalakes.

  • Experience with AI\-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (i.e. Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud)

  • Sophisticated intuition for business and able to conduct technical in\-depth discovery mapping aligning clients needs to Salesforce's platform and Agentforce capabilities

  • Strong technical selling skills including the ability to explain AI models ad solutions to non\-technical clients and how AI capabilities and solutions can translate to business outcomes

  • Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query), acquired through considerable technology sales experience.

  • A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment, underscoring your proficiency in intricate sales processes.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills honed through your experience

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales

Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Lakes, Data Warehouse technologies, Cloud infrastructure, Predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques, Business Intelligence (Tableau). Salesforce Data 360\.

Chez Salesforce, nous recherchons des talents exceptionnels pour rejoindre notre équipe Data 360 en tant qu’Account Executive, avec une forte expertise en data et en intelligence artificielle.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur de la croissance de notre activité Data 360 en France, en aidant nos clients à unifier, fiabiliser et activer leurs données pour générer des résultats business concrets, notamment à travers l’IA et les usages agentiques.

Data 360 est la fondation stratégique permettant d’alimenter l’ensemble des cas d’usage Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, AI). Vous contribuerez directement à positionner la donnée comme levier clé de transformation et de performance chez nos clients, en impactant leurs piliers stratégiques majeurs : croissance, efficacité opérationnelle, expérience client et innovation.

Vos responsabilités

  • Développer et accélérer la croissance de Data 360 sur votre territoire (pipeline, closing, consommation)

  • Identifier et qualifier des opportunités autour des enjeux data (CDP, unification, activation, gouvernance, temps réel)

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales Salesforce pour positionner Data 360 au cœur des stratégies clients

  • Mener des phases de discovery approfondies pour comprendre les architectures data existantes et les enjeux métiers

  • Construire et porter une vision forte sur la transformation data des clients

  • Démontrer comment Data 360 permet d’activer la donnée à grande échelle pour alimenter des cas d’usage IA et business

  • Construire et présenter des POV différenciants (techniques et business)

  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, partenaires et écosystème pour délivrer une approche “One Salesforce”

  • Assurer un rôle de spécialiste en support des équipes Account Executive Core, en co\-pilotage des cycles de vente

  • Contribuer activement à l’adoption et à la consommation des solutions Data 360 chez les clients
Profil recherché
  • Expérience solide en vente B2B de solutions data / cloud / analytics dans des environnements complexes

  • Forte expertise des écosystèmes data : CDP, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, gouvernance, activation

  • Bonne compréhension des architectures modernes data (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc.)

  • Capacité à adresser des interlocuteurs C\-level (CDO, CIO, Data Leaders)

  • Expérience dans la vente de solutions liées à la data et/ou à l’IA

  • Capacité à mener des discovery techniques approfondies et à aligner enjeux métiers et solutions data

  • Forte capacité à traduire des problématiques techniques en valeur business

  • Track record prouvé de dépassement des objectifs commerciaux

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, influence et négociation

  • Une bonne connaissance des modèles à la consommation (usage\-based) et de leurs enjeux est un réel plus
