Key Responsibilities
- Strategic SEND Leadership: Manage and evaluate SEND provision to guarantee that all legal and statutory requirements are met.
- Inclusion Strategies: Serve as the strategic lead for pupil premium, disadvantaged students, Foundational Knowledge, and as the designated teacher for looked\-after children (LAC) and English as an additional language (EAL) students.
- Team Management: Provide leadership and line manage the Teaching Assistants and Interventions Lead.
- Teaching Allocation: Maintain a small teaching load of approximately 16 out of 50 periods.
- Leadership Contribution: Participate in school self\-evaluation, development planning, and assume other whole\-school responsibilities to support leadership development.
