We're looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

What you'll be doing: • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or other additional learning needs
- Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
- Building positive relationships and encouraging confidence and independence
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Creating a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to adapt and think on your feet
- A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their potential
- Team Teach, MAPA, or behaviour management training
- Knowledge of EHCPs and intervention strategies
- Thrive training or trauma-informed practice experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
