Teaching Personnel is currently looking to register passionate and dedicated Support Staff to work across a range of secondary schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas for the upcoming academic year.
With the increasing demand for specialist SEND provision following the recent government whitepaper, schools are seeking skilled individuals who can provide high-quality support to children and young people with additional needs.
We are recruiting for a variety of roles to support this need, including:
- Teaching Assistants
- Learning Support Assistants
- Behaviour Mentors
- SEN Support Staff
- Classroom Support Workers
- Care and Pastoral Support Staff
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH needs
- Speech & Language difficulties
- Complex learning needs
- Physical disabilities
- Have previous experience working with children or young people
- Be patient, resilient, and adaptable
- Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
- Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Hold relevant qualifications or transferable experience (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
