Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join a local authority in West Berkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality business intelligence solutions, analysing complex datasets and producing dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring and evidence-based decision making.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and datasets.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools.
- Gather, understand and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Analyse performance information and provide meaningful insights to support evidence-based decision making.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
- Ensure business intelligence outputs are accurate, accessible and aligned with organisational requirements.
- Significant experience of SQL development and querying complex datasets.
- Significant experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports or using equivalent BI tools.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with performance information and supporting evidence-based decision making.
