About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting supporting young people aged 6 to 19 with a wide range of needs, including:

Key Responsibilities • Support students’ learning, development, and progress across all areas of the curriculum

• Assist in a variety of settings, including classrooms, outdoor environments, and community-based activities


• Work with young people with complex needs, including PMLD, autism, and medical conditions, to achieve both educational and personal goals


• Promote an inclusive environment that values equality, diversity, and respect


• Empower students to build confidence, independence, and self-esteem


• Provide high-quality support tailored to individual needs


• Participate in personal care routines and, where required, physical intervention strategies


• Contribute flexibly to team tasks, supporting wherever required
