Pay Rate: £90–£94 per day
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Amesbury for the full academic year. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development within a supportive school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and support staff to provide both academic and pastoral support to pupils across the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working within a school or educational setting
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Experience working with pupils who may display challenging behaviour
- A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting children
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to provide recent, professional references
- Commitment to completing all mandatory safeguarding and compliance training through Teaching Personnel
- Right to work in the UK
- Competitive daily pay of £90–£94 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
