We are currently recruiting 2 Teaching Assistants to join a specialist education setting in a semi-rural area of Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils with additional needs in a highly supportive and rewarding school environment.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teaching staff to support students both inside and outside the classroom, helping to promote engagement, independence, and confidence.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- 30-minute lunch break daily
- Complimentary lunch available if desired
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (equivalent to Grade 4-9 under the current grading system)
- Previous experience working with children, young people, or individuals with additional needs is desirable
- A patient, resilient, and positive approach
