The Role

• Providing 1:1 support to pupils with ASD/ADHD

  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

  • Delivering calm, consistent support during learning activities

  • Assisting with classroom learning and group work in the afternoons

  • Supporting personal care needs where required

  • Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO

Role Details

• SEN Teaching Assistant

  • £96-110 Per Day

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)

  • Permanent role

  • Based in Southwark

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD

  • Confident supporting emotional regulation and behaviour needs

  • Comfortable with personal care responsibilities where required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Passionate about inclusive education and SEN support
