A small, welcoming primary school in Kilburn are looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves teaching a small group of four children from different year groups who are working at a similar academic level.
About the role:
- Full-time position
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Teaching a group of four pupils from different year groups
- All children are working at a similar level academically but have different ages and a range of needs
- Planning and delivering lessons tailored to their individual learning and developmental needs
- A teacher with experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
- Someone patient, calm and adaptable
- Confident in planning personalised learning and supporting a range of needs (academic, social and emotional)
- Able to work closely with support staff, parents and the SENCO to track progress and next steps
- Positive, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed
