Are you a passionate SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs? We are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate teacher to join a specialist education setting in King's Lynn.
The Role
You will deliver engaging, personalised lessons that support students with a range of special educational needs, helping them achieve their individual goals and fulfil their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
- Support Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and learning targets.
- Work closely with support staff, families, and external agencies.
- Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and independence.
- Safeguard and protect the welfare of all students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
