SEN Support Workers Needed – Primary & Secondary Specialist Schools in Aylesbury! Do you have experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Are you passionate about making a real difference every day? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated SEN Support Workers to join our fantastic team, supporting pupils in specialist primary and secondary schools across Aylesbury.

What You'll Be Doing Supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs

Helping pupils access learning and achieve their full potential

Building positive relationships and encouraging independence

Providing personal care where required

Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students

What We're Looking For Previous experience working within SEN settings or in a support worker role

A caring, patient, and positive attitude

Confidence providing personal care when needed

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
