£100 - £110 per day PAYE | Weekly Pay

A specialist autism school in Surrey is seeking multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to join its growing team due to increased pupil numbers.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SEN professionals, graduates, aspiring therapists or individuals with transferable skills from care and support work backgrounds who are passionate about making a difference.
Working closely with Teachers and therapists, you will support autistic pupils to access learning, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support autistic pupils throughout the school day.
- Adapt activities and learning tasks to meet individual needs.
- Build positive relationships that help pupils feel safe and engaged.
- Recognise and respond to signs of anxiety, sensory overload or emotional dysregulation.
- Support communication, social interaction and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with Teachers, therapists and support staff.
- Record observations and contribute to pupil progress discussions.
- Provide personal care where required, maintaining dignity and independence.

- Psychology, Education or related graduates.
- Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Teachers.
- Support Workers, Care Workers, Residential Workers and Youth Workers.
- Candidates with patience, resilience and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
