- Develop and execute the Medical Devices growth strategy for Benelux.
- Own the segment P\&L, revenue growth, profitability and business performance.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, MDSAP, UKCA and related services.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, manufacturers, industry stakeholders and strategic accounts.
- Shape customer propositions, pricing strategies and portfolio development.
- Translate market opportunities into actionable commercial initiatives and measurable results.
- Collaborate with SGS's global Medical Devices network to secure the technical expertise and capacity needed to support growth.
- Drive cross\-selling opportunities and maximize value within existing SGS customer relationships.
- Lead segment governance, forecasting and performance reviews across Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Ensure demand, capacity and capability planning support sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate is an experienced Medical Devices business leader who combines strong Medical Devices industry credibility and regulatory understanding with commercial judgement, customer leadership and P\&L accountability.
Experience
- 10\+ years of relevant experience.
- Sufficient understanding of MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485 and the conformity\-assessment ecosystem to engage credibly with customers and technical stakeholders. Deeper technical or regulatory expertise is an advantage, not a prerequisite.
- Proven experience in segment, business\-unit, commercial or P\&L leadership.
- Track record of developing markets, strategic accounts and complex B2B technical\-service propositions.
- Experience working across countries and with global technical or regulatory networks is strongly preferred.
